RESERVATION POLICIES:

Reservations are accepted through phone or email. We are unable to guarantee any specific times or dates you may request for an appointment, but will try to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY:

We reserve the right to cancel or change your appointment, you will receive a phone call and email prior to your appointment time. If a client needs to cancel and/or change their appointment, we request you give us a courtesy call or email 24 hours prior to your appointment. You will not be charged any fees for canceling or changing your appointment. If you no-show to your appointment or cancel within 24-hours, you will be asked to pay 100% of your appointment cost.

CHECK-IN AND PAYMENT:

If this is your first time visiting Live Free, we request you arrive about 5-10 minutes before your appointment time as there will be paperwork to fill out. Payment is due the day of your appointment at the end of the session. If you forget your payment method for any reason, cash or check is expected to be dropped of by that days end. You may slide the payment under the door.

FACILITIES:

We are located on Emerald Street in Keene with free off-street parking, a handicap accessible first floor entrance, and a waiting room with seating. When you enter the building, continue down the hallway until you see suite B and you will enter into our shared waiting room.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

If you are medically ill or feel like you have a illness coming on, it is best to reschedule for another time as you try and recover.
